Katie Wiltfong

Biography

Katie Wiltfong is a medical social worker with a Masters of Social Work from the University of Southern California. As the Elder Care Coordinator for Panitz & Kossoff, LLP, Katie provides patient care coordination, advocacy, placement, and community referrals for her clients as they navigate their healthcare needs. Katie also has a background in hospice care and has worked the last several years for Buena Vista Hospice in Westlake Village. From her experience working with older adults and those facing terminal illness, Katie is aware of and offers guidance on the potential challenges individuals may face and the importance of planning ahead.
